One light.
Infinite creativity.
Like light through a prism, every artist reveals a new colour. We support artists, cultural events, and organizations so creativity can grow, thrive, and reach wider audiences.
Our mission
To make arts and culture more accessible, sustainable, and impactful for everyone.
What we do
Four facets of our work
01
Empower Artists
Grants, mentorship, and exhibition opportunities for emerging and established creatives.
02
Support Culture
Funding and partnership for festivals, performances, and meaningful cultural initiatives.
03
Connect Communities
Bringing artists, audiences, and organizations together to collaborate and grow.
04
Expand Access
Free and low-cost programs so everyone can experience and create art.
Community first
Where creative people find each other.
From open studios and workshops to exhibitions and festivals, Noor Arts Council creates spaces where painters, musicians, writers, dancers, and makers of every background can share their work and learn from one another.

Performing Arts
